S.E.E.D.S. Family University Scholarships (2013...)

Supports students in Ghana and Zimbabwe who would otherwise be unable to attend college in pursuing higher education, expanding opportunities, and building pathways to meaningful careers. S.E.E.D.S. provides a 4-year scholarship, which includes tuition, books, a new laptop computer, room, and board. To date, four students have graduated and three are currently enrolled.

Modern Laboratory Tools for a School in Ghana

S.E.E.D.S. provided Bunsen burners, funnels, droppers, retort stands, tripod stands, wash bottles, test tube holders, and graduated cylinders, to the Saint Gina School Complex in Ashaiman, as part of our commitment to improving science and technology education in Ghana. The donation also included novels to promote reading among students.

Critically-needed Supplies CHF in Ghana

In September 2025, S.E.E.D.S. began annual funding to the Children Helpers Foundation to provide essential educational supplies to children in Cape Coast, Ghana.

Start-A-Library Program

Since its inception, S.E.E.D.S. has contributed more than 175,000 books to approximately 200 ‘starter libraries’, libraries, and library resource centers (LRCs) in schools, universities, villages, towns, and community-based institutions located in most of Ghana’s 16 regions. This includes a 700+ volume Africana Collection donated to the W.E.B. DuBois Memorial Centre in Accra.

SSTATE Rural Agricultural Project

S.E.E.D.S. has provided moderate financial assistance in solidarity with the intergenerational group of comrades engaged in this pathbreaking socialist model agricultural cooperative project in Ghana’s Eastern Region.The Liberty Ayivi Memorial Mango Plantation (LAMMP) is pictured.

SALES-FAMILY ELMINA, GHANA JHS COMPUTER LAB collaboration successfully acquired, programmed, and shipped 31 desktop computers to Elmina Methodist Public Junior High School; where they were installed in the fully renovated, wired, and community-funded computer laboratory. S.E.E.D.S. was invited to be a partner and contributed some funding and logistics support in NYC and Ghana
